As there is limited time available for presentations, some authors may be offered the chance to present a poster instead. During the conference there will be a dedicated poster session where authors can discuss their work with the conference delegates.

Submissions will be reviewed by an expert panel. Successful authors will be notified whether they have been given an oral presentation or a poster slot at the conference by the end of March.
